BinaryFusionHub ("we", "us") is a digital web development studio operated from Grønnegade 10a, 7900 Nykøbing Mors, Denmark. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or engage us for services, and how we handle it.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, message), technical data such as IP address and browser type via analytics cookies, and any project information you share with us during scoping.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To deliver, invoice and support projects we've been engaged for.
- To understand how visitors use this site, where analytics cookies are accepted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@binaryfusionhub.com. We retain project data for as long as needed to fulfil legal and contractual obligations, then delete it.
Data sharing
We don't sell personal data. We may share it with hosting or payment processors strictly to deliver a project you've commissioned.
Refund Policy
Because our services are fully digital and work begins immediately on deposit, refunds are handled as follows:
- Before work starts: full refund of any deposit paid, minus payment processing fees.
- After work starts, before first milestone delivery: 50% of the deposit is refundable; the remainder covers scoping and design time already spent.
- After a milestone or the final deliverable has been sent: that portion of the project is non-refundable, though we will always work with you to fix issues covered by our 30-day guarantee first.
To request a refund, email admin@binaryfusionhub.com with your project reference. We respond within two business days.
Terms of Service
Scope & quotes
All work begins from a written proposal confirming scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
Packages require a 50% deposit to begin and 50% on delivery. Custom projects are billed against agreed milestones. Invoices are issued in EUR and due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership
Ownership of the final code, design files and domain configuration transfers to the client upon full payment. Until then, deliverables remain BinaryFusionHub's property.
Revisions
Each package includes one structured revision round. Additional rounds are quoted before work begins.
Liability
BinaryFusionHub's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from third-party outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
Cookie Policy
This site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries:
- Essential: remembers your cookie consent choice (stored in your browser's local storage, not a server cookie).
- Analytics (optional): used, only if you accept, to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs.
